Sikafloor-219 UTE is a versatile, two-component, high-solids epoxy floor coating designed to deliver durable performance and decorative flexibility in a wide range of interior flooring applications. This low-VOC, low-odor epoxy resin can be applied water-clear or pigmented using Sikafloor UTE Color Packs or metallic pigments to create customized, high-gloss finishes.
As a universal epoxy system, Sikafloor-219 UTE can be used as a concrete primer, broadcast system binder, trowel mortar binder, or high-build coating, making it ideal for both functional and decorative resin flooring systems. It provides excellent mechanical resistance, a seamless and impermeable surface, and is easy to clean and maintain.
Approved for use in CFIA and USDA food processing facilities, Sikafloor-219 UTE is well suited for commercial, industrial, and institutional environments where durability, aesthetics, and low emissions are required. When properly installed by experienced professionals, it offers long-lasting protection for new or existing concrete and prepared steel substrates.
