Durex® Dur-A-Hard HB High-Build Self-Leveling Broadcasted Cementitious Polyurethane Flooring System is a heavy-duty, solvent-free and phthalate-free flooring solution engineered for high-demand industrial and commercial environments.
The system combines a high-build Dur-A-Hard HB base layer with silica aggregate broadcast to refusal, followed by a compatible Dur-A-Hard Topcoat, Uraflex 100, or recommended topcoat. This multi-layered system creates a tough, seamless, waterproof, and slip-resistant floor surface designed to withstand demanding service conditions.
Dur-A-Hard HB provides excellent resistance to organic and inorganic chemicals, abrasion, impact, bacterial growth, and thermal shock. With a service temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, it is suitable for areas exposed to extreme temperature changes, hot water, steam cleaning, and aggressive cleaning procedures.
Ideal for food and beverage processing plants, meat and poultry facilities, dairy manufacturing, commercial kitchens, pharmaceutical laboratories, chemical processing facilities, loading docks, wet areas, garbage rooms, and high-impact production areas.
