CHEM-WATER is a high-performance, water-based epoxy sealer coating designed to seal and protect concrete and wood surfaces while preserving their natural color and appearance. This unique, ultra-light, transparent, two-component system is low odor, low VOC, non-toxic, and virtually odorless, making it ideal for residential, commercial, institutional, and light industrial applications.
Formulated with advanced waterborne epoxy technology, CHEM-WATER is self-priming and functions as a primer/sealer, wood sealer, or transparent topcoat (glaze) over other water-based epoxy systems. Unlike many water-based epoxies, it cures water-clear, offers excellent gloss, and provides superior UV and color stability, resisting yellowing over time.
Resistant to stains, water, food acids, salts, oils, and common household chemicals, CHEM-WATER™ provides durable protection while maintaining a clean, natural aesthetic.
