CHEMPROOF RAPID is a high-performance, rapid-curing epoxy moisture mitigation primer system designed to protect concrete floors with very high residual moisture levels prior to installing floor coverings, coatings, parquet, or resin systems. Formulated with phenolic amine epoxy chemistry, this 2:1, 100% solids, 0 VOC system delivers exceptional sealing, adhesion, and moisture vapor control.
Engineered to handle moisture vapor emission rates of up to 25 lbs / 1,000 sq. ft. / 24 hours, CHEMPROOF RAPID exceeds ASTM F3010 standards and provides a dense, impermeable membrane that prevents blistering, delamination, and flooring failures. Its rapid cure profile allows fast project turnaround, making it ideal for time-sensitive installations.
