Sikafloor®-510 N LPL is a high-performance, two-component polyaspartic resin floor coating system engineered for rapid cure, extended working time, and exceptional UV resistance. This solvent-free, low-VOC, high-solids formulation delivers a seamless, high-strength finish suitable for demanding commercial and industrial environments.
Designed with extended pot life (LPL), Sikafloor®-510 N LPL performs reliably in elevated temperatures and humid conditions, making it ideal for fast-track installations. It is commonly installed as a clear or pigmented glossy topcoat over decorative flake or quartz broadcast systems, providing superior abrasion resistance, flexibility, and long-term colour stability.
Sikafloor®-510 N LPL can function as a primer, binder, sealer, or topcoat, offering system versatility while maintaining excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, amines, and solvents. Its dense, impermeable surface resists dirt penetration, allowing for easy cleaning and long-term maintenance.
Approved for use in CFIA and USDA regulated food facilities, Sikafloor®-510 N LPL is intended for experienced professional installers who require fast return-to-service performance without sacrificing durability or aesthetics.
