LABFENDE (NEW)  240 is a moisture-cured, aliphatic polyurethane floor coating designed for both interior and exterior concrete flooring systems. Formulated as a two or three-component, high-solids, low-VOC coating, it provides long-lasting protection against wear, chemicals, and UV exposure.

Engineered to be applied over LABPOX epoxies, LABFAST polyaspartics, and LABSHIELD ECO coatings, LABFENDER (NEW) significantly improves floor performance with superior abrasion resistance, preventing traffic pattern wear even in high-use environments.

Its advanced chemical resistance provides up to 60× more protection against plasticizer transfer, ensuring floors stay clean and resistant to premature staining. With full UV protection, this polyurethane topcoat delays epoxy yellowing, maintaining aesthetics and durability in demanding industrial, commercial, and institutional settings.

The long working time of LABFENDER (NEW) allows larger installations with fewer applicators, making it cost-effective and efficient for contractors.
