DUR-A-HARD TG Aliphatic Polyurethane Floor Coating is a two-component polyurethane coating designed for professional concrete floor coating applications. Available in pigmented and clear resin options, it provides a high-quality polyurethane finish for a variety of flooring systems.
DUR-A-HARD TG offers approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon at 3 mils DFT (100 microns) and is recommended for two coats at 4 mils WFT per coat. The product features a 4:1 mix ratio and approximately 60 minutes of working time at 23°C (75°F).
At 23°C (75°F), the coating is touch-dry in approximately 2 hours, with a recoat window of 8–24 hours and foot traffic after approximately 24 hours. Total cure is approximately 5 days, with drying times varying according to temperature and humidity.
