CHEM-FILLER FC is a high-performance, two-component epoxy gel joint and crack filler engineered for demanding commercial and industrial concrete repair applications. This 100% solids, VOC-free, solvent-free, and odorless system delivers superior mechanical strength, excellent chemical resistance, and fast cure times—allowing rapid return to service.
Formulated using advanced cycloaliphatic polyamine technology, CHEM-FILLER FC maintains its thixotropic gel consistency, making it ideal for horizontal and vertical applications without sagging or slumping. Its fast curing profile allows epoxy or poly-aspartic primers and basecoats to be applied shortly after installation.
Designed for compatibility with epoxy and poly-aspartic flooring systems, CHEM-FILLER FC is suitable for filling cracks, joints, control joints, cold joints, voids, and surface imperfections in concrete floors and walls.
